Corporate Ski Retreats x LEMONADE.

Updated: Oct 22

At LEMONADE, corporate events, brand experiences, incentive programs, and destination services are at the heart of what we do. Our crew also bring years of experience in backcountry guiding and mountain operations - so we are equally comfortable talking ‘backcountry’ as we are talking ‘resort’. We thrive where corporate excellence meets the great outdoors.

Based in Whistler, our team live and breathe winter sports.

So let's talk about Corporate Ski Trips. The mountains aren’t just about skiing. They’re about opening doors, trying something new, and giving your team an experience they’ll never forget.

The Perfect Whistler Corporate Ski Weekend

Booking your corporate ski retreat with LEMONADE allows your experience to be designed solely around your group and your brand. We act as your point of contact, coordinating shuttles, lodging, rentals, dinner reservations, activities and more. Plus we simplify the billing process, acting as your one-stop-shop, managing vendors, contracts and handling all the details.

Every project and itinerary is unique to your group size, comfort in the mountains and brief.

  • Beginner to advanced activities: From beginner ski lessons to steeps clinics and ride-with-a-pro days. Heliskiing and Catskiing are also popular in Whistler! Looking for a a more relaxed mountain experience? How about snowshoeing, tubing and wellness sessions. We know the options that will fit your team, time and budget best.

  • Accommodation: Cozy chalets, luxury hotels, slope-side lodges. Depending on the itinerary design and vibe you're going for, we can present options that fit.

  • Dining: Fireside fondue, private dinners, après-ski socials. From fine-dining to immersive chef experiences, no one will go hungry!

  • Alternative experiences: Unique aprés-ski experiences are one of our favourite things to organise! Think backcountry cabins, gin and whisky tasting, igloos! Daytime alternatives to skiing? We have snowmobiling, dog sledding, sound baths and forest bathing through to indigenous experiences. Balance the busy Whistler mountain culture with nature and take a moment to pause.

  • On-site Event Hosts: When you organise your corporate ski weekend to Whistler with LEMONADE, we provide you with dedicated on-site Event Hosts and Management. Our team can show you around, advance venues, manage F&B budgets, organise ski and gear rentals, and provide local knowledge. You can kick back and enjoy the mountains just as much as your attendees!

So Why do the Mountains work for Business Events?

Events are an interpretation of your company goals and strategy. The way you design the experience can align directly with your business objectives. Allow the mountains to be your canvas!

  • Looking for a perspective shift? Crisp air, epic views, and a change of scenery spark fresh thinking and innovative ideas.

  • Growth opportunities? Learning a new sport builds courage, resilience, and confidence. All skills your team can carry back to work. Alternatively, experiencing the epic mountain landscapes with business partners and colleagues can foster relationships and allow for casual "shop chat".

  • Hoping to promote a healthy balance of work + play? Mornings on the slopes, afternoons in structured strategy sessions, evenings sharing stories - productivity and play in harmony.

The Human Connection We’re Craving

Remote work and AI have transformed collaboration. Efficient, yes, but also disconnected. Corporate ski weekends reconnect people.

  • Conversations flow naturally.

  • Laughter, storytelling, and spontaneous problem-solving are all inevitable ingredients.

  • True human connection is restored - reading body language, feeling energy in the room, and strengthening bonds that digital communication can’t replicate.

Why the Mountain Backdrop Works

The setting itself amplifies the experience and can amplify your goals for the event.

  • Mountain weather is an instant ice-breaker and easy talking point! Cold, crisp air? Rejuvenating! Fresh snow? Exciting and beautiful! Bright bluebird days? Wow! Get different departments together and watch the relationships thrive!

  • Activities range from beginner ski lessons to relaxed chairlift chats, and "where shall we ski next" conversations. Spa time, and social events allow colleagues to share excitement, wins, and the inevitable hilarious stories.

  • The combination of challenge and relaxation recharges your team in a way no boardroom ever could. Having said that, if you do need a boardroom, either traditional or non-traditional, they do look pretty darn good in the mountains.

In the End…

Corporate ski weekends aren’t about who can carve the fastest turn - they’re about creating moments that matter, aligning your team with your company’s mission, inspiring fresh ideas, and reminding people what it feels like to connect. The mountains give your business the perfect backdrop for engagement, growth, and strategy in action.
